The Outreach Mission at Saint Agatha’s Parish in Milton and Quincy has been a continuous and
instrumental supporter of the Saint Rock Haiti Foundation. The primary mission of the Saint Rock
Haiti Foundation is to provide health care to the poor of Haiti in the rural Saint Rock area. The
secondary mission is to improve the quality of life in this region through a variety of community
outreach programs.
The Foundation plays an important role in improving the general health of the population by
administering a number of community outreach programs:
